Account Executive – London/Hybrid (2x days per week in the office)
GTM Search is partnered with an awesome start up in the HRTech space. Having been a trailblazer in the mental health space for years they have now created an all in one AI-driven HR platform to take the whole HRtech space by storm.
We’re looking for 2x AE’s to join a newly created sales function within this business. Ideally you will have sold HRtech products before, however other SaaS sectors will be considered. There will be strong support from an SDR function & marketing, but this is still a full 360 sales AE role.
Their ACV is circa £20-£30,000 and we’re looking for those that have closed deals around that size that work on consultative sales cycles and aren’t super transactional.

You’ll spend time doing the following:
• Develop and execute out-of-the-box sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify new industry opportunities and drive the development and promotion of the same.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
• Collaborate with Marketing to plan and develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, identify new prospects and close new customers.
• Utilise CRM, cold-calling, and emails to generate new sales opportunities.
• Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead-generation methods.
• Engage and network with prospects via social media.
• Foster and develop relationships with customers.
• Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
• Have a good understanding of the business’s products and services.
• Collaborating with marketing to develop account-based marketing plans
Requirements for the role:
• Minimum of 3 years’ SaaS experience selling to businesses in the fields of HR Tech ideally (or other SaaS sectors).
• Knowledge of CRMs, preferably HubSpot, and experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar prospecting tools.
• Track record of success across outbound and inbound lead management and conversion.
• Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills.
• Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work.
• Decision-making skills.
• Negotiating skills.
• A self-starter who can motivate yourself, multitask and prioritise your workload.
