GTM Search is working with an exciting AI focussed, Fintech that is revolutionising financial automation - making it easy, efficient, and transparent for multinational tech companies to manage their finances.
We’re specifically looking for AE’s that’ve sold complex financial solutions, that are able to prospect and engage with finance teams and leaders.
The business works from their central London office 2-3 times per week.
- Lead sales cycles managing deals from $30K to $200K+ and consistently hitting revenue targets
- Build relationships with C-suite executives and key decision makers, understanding their business needs and showing how our SFP solution helps
- Create account plans and work closely with technical teams to develop solutions for target industries like asset-light, multinational companies
- Run effective customer meetings and negotiations, handling complex deals from first contact through contract signing
Your main mission is to help prospective customers see the light. Aside from being based in-office in London, this role requires you to be hungry, have an understanding of finance tools and knowledge of sales. We have a clear ICP defined with a leadlist.
This is a GTM role with the responsibility of sales and closing pipeline.
You’ll work with a small and stellar team with a deep understanding of the market who has done this before.
Your qualifications could be:
- 3 - 5 years of sales experience and acing pipeline - preferably within ERPs
- Your Personality: Your exceptional interpersonal skills, energy and presentation skills make you stand out

- Attention to Detail: Your attention to detail, outstanding communication skills (phone, listening, and writing), set you up for success.

- Comfort in Quota-Carrying Environment: You are ambitious, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a quota-carrying environment.
Bonus Points
- You’re CPA and has a few years of experience within accounting or the CFO suite
- Sales Tools Familiarity: You have prior experience using Sales Automation/Prospecting Tools (e.g. Amplemarket, Salesloft, Outreach) and CRM (Hubspot, perhaps Attio in the future).
- Startup Experience: You've worked at a fast-growing startup.
- Cold Calling Pro: You ace cold calling and relationship building.
