GTM Search is partnered with a Series A SaaS business in the logistics space to help them find an AE to form part of their founding UK team. The business is already hugely successful in France & Spain and see’s the UK as their next opportunity. You’ll work alongside a Team of UK SDRs, UK leader and an Account Manager.

 

This role is 3x days per week in their central London office (TWT typically).

 

We’re specifically looking for AEs that’ve been selling in either (or both) the ecommerce space or logistics.

 

E-commerce is booming — but independent brands still struggle to deliver the seamless logistics experience of the big players. We’re on a mission to change that.

With 110+ employees, our proprietary Warehouse Management System (WMS), and a 7-warehouse network across Europe, we’re solving logistics challenges that others haven’t dared to tackle — making fulfilment faster, smarter, and greener.

 

Backed by $20M+ in funding, we processed 10M+ orders in 2024 and are now scaling rapidly, with ambitious expansion into the UK market.

 

The Role 🚀

As Senior Account Executive (UK), you’ll own the full sales cycle and play a pivotal role in establishing us as the go-to fulfilment partner in one of Europe’s largest e-commerce markets.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
  • Partner with SDRs to evaluate prospects and convert leads.
  • Build trusted relationships with C-level execs at fast-growing DTC brands.
  • Act as a brand evangelist at events and in-market.
  • Collaborate with Operations & Account Management to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Track KPIs, improve processes, and coach SDRs for better conversion.

 

About You

  • 3+ years AE experience with consistent target overachievement.
  • Background in SaaS / tech scale-ups strongly preferred.
  • Track record in B2B consultative sales and enterprise deal closing.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Native English (other European languages are a plus).
  • Data-driven, self-motivated, and commercially sharp.
