GTM Search is partner with an incredibly exciting startup, based in Paris, that is looking to hire a newly created role an “Account Strategist”.
This is a post-sales role, kicking in as soon as new clients have signed. Your mission is to help customers fully leverage their AI SDR agents for effective outbound prospecting.
From helping them get set up to fine-tuning their outbound approach and boosting results, you’ll be right there with clients—making sure they book more meetings, build stronger pipelines, and see real success.
You’ll need to come from a new business, outbound background to confidently be able to discuss this topic with prospects alongside a more traditional account management role.
Role Breakdown
20% Onboarding & Setup
- Smoothly initiate client engagements, ensuring they understand the tool and get set up quickly.
50% Growth / Outbound Consulting:
- Be a strategic advisor: refine ICP, messaging, and outreach tactics.
- Provide best practices, market insights, and guidance on new outbound methods (including leveraging AI) to improve meeting bookings and pipeline growth.
30% Upsell & Sales Development:
- Identify opportunities to scale usage and increase product value.
- Position yourself as a trusted consultant who knows when and how to recommend the next steps.
Relationship Management (inherent to the role):
- Build authentic, long-term client relationships.
- ENJOY partnering closely with them, understanding their challenges, and offering strategic direction.
- Work directly with C-level leaders, helping them navigate and execute growth strategies.
- Deliver tangible results: more meetings, bigger pipelines, measurable outbound success.
Profile Requirements
Outbound Experience:
- Prior experience in outbound sales, growth, or GTM
- Someone who truly gets and LOVE outbound
Customer-Facing Skills:
- Able to engage and challenge C-levels and key stakeholders.
Seniority:
- Minimum 3+ years in a go-to-market/sales role; must be ready to jump in and move fast.
- Bonus if you have already worked or are comfortable in a fast-growing early-stage startup environment.
Language:
- Fluent English required; French is a plus (not mandatory).
