GTM Search is partnered with a rapidly growing HRTech that helps businesses to attract, recruit and retain staff through their platform that helps both employers and employees with their financial health.
We’re recruiting SDR’s to join an already incredibly high performing team. We need candidates that are currently in a similar role with another HRTech or FinTech business as you’ll already have experience in prospecting similar personas.
This is a remote first role, offering a very generous salary/uncapped OTE package. The business has recently closed their Series A and is looking for some serious additional SDR fire power.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and identify potential clients
- Cold call potential clients and set up appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with potential clients and ensure they receive the best possible service
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for generating leads
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the business and generate leads
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales, specifically within HRtech or Fintech
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify potential clients and generate leads
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
