GTM Search is recruiting a Senior Account Executive for our client in the HRtech/Employee Wellbeing/Fintech space.


Having just raised their Series A, the client is looking to bring on another Senior AE to join their existing sales team. We’re looking at candidates that have sold in the HRtech space whether that be employee benefits, wellbeing, L&D etc. You know how to engage these sorts of personas in businesses that are 300-1200 in headcount.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, ensuring a successful and long-term relationship. As a leader in the fintech industry, they’re passionate about transforming how people manage their financial world through pensions.


The Senior Account Executive will have the opportunity to work with a talented team, impact the industry, and make a difference in the financial lives of employees.


This role is a remote first opportunity and the sales team get together on a monthly basis in their central London office.


Responsibilities

·     Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying upsell opportunities.

·     Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities.

·     Conduct pre qualified sales demos

·     Stay current on industry trends and recommend new products, services, and marketing strategies to clients.

·     Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention.

·     Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on new features, industry news, and market trends.

·     Analyze client data and metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.

·     Attend industry events and conferences to stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices.

·     Requirements

·     Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.

·     Experience in sales or account management, preferably in the financial services industry or HR tech

·     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·     Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients.

·     Strong problem-solving skills and ability to comprehend complex financial information.

·     Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

·     Proficient Hubspot.
