GTM Search is partnered with a growing HRTech business that is changing the way enterprises attract, train and retain their talent through their developed single, slick software tool.

Location: Remote first role, where the team get together once a month at their Midlands based Head Office.

We’re looking for a Senior SDR to join the team, focussing on prospecting into the upper end of mid-market (circa 200-2000 seats).

Candidates must have experience in prospecting and selling into similar personas, so Heads of HR, Talent Leaders, L&D heads etc.

This business utilises much of the leading technology available to them to enable their sales team to perform at their best e.g. Cognism, Zoom Info, Gong, HubSpot (& much more). So we’re looking for a superstar Senior SDR to compliment the superstar set up & environment that they’ll provide.

What is a superstar to them?

·      Someone who lives and breathes their craft. Constantly looking for ways to upskill, whether that be through sales books, trainings, podcasts etc. You must want to continuously improve.

·      Someone who takes pride in their outreach work, utilising various channels and mediums such as video. You are able to consistently create unique approaches to stand out in the market.

·      Someone who has an understanding of and works towards a sales methodology e.g. MEDDIC or Challenger etc.
